Section 7.01 (e) (iii) of the Settlement Facility and Fund Distribution Agreement, provides that claimants in classes 6.1 and 6.2 have the option to receive payment in either U.S. dollars or their local currency. When an Award letter is sent to claimants in classes 6.1 and 6.2, the Settlement Facility includes a Payment Election form that must be completed and returned within 120 days from the date of the letter. If the form is not received within 120 days, all payments will be issued in U.S. dollars.
