If you or your Attorney of Record has been affected by a recent natural disaster, the Settlement Facility may be able to modify the processing of your claim. If your claim is currently in process, you may request special handling based on your circumstances. The Settlement Facility will work with you to meet your needs within the guidelines of the Plan.
